Features

Stacker robot indispensable for doing away with times required for picking up, stacking and conveying the fabrics coming out of the dryer.
Can be adapted to suit the outlets of all dryers and conveyor belts available on the market.
Picks up the pieces from the dryer outlet, stacks and transfers them by means of a conveyor belt.
Counts the number of pieces picked up.
The number of items that can be placed on the conveyor belt depends on its length.
Can be perfectly adapted for picking up any kind of packed fabric.
Does not require absolute precision in positioning the items on the conveyor belt; the robot stacks the pieces even if these are placed in a disorderly manner or overlapped.
Easy, quick adjustment even by personnel not specialized for this task.
Its working involves movement of a mechanical arm which, with the help of a blast of air and a photocell, picks up the pieces as they leave the dryer and stacks them tidily, irrespective of shapes and sizes, without the need for intermediate adjustments.
