Features

Electrical hot air conveyor dryer for printed items or bottles of various dimensions.
Air flow direction is opposite to the items motion in order to have constant temperature along the tunnel.
Air is pushed from the top and from the sides of the tunnel.
Air speed is adjustable.
An easy to clean filter keeps the two fans and the thermal resistors clean.
The tunnel is made with modules that make it easy to open and inspect.
An optional cooling unit can be applied at the exit of the dryer.
The control panel is easy to use and allows fine regulation of temperature, air speed and belt speed.

The internal height of the tunnel allows to dry 30cm-tall items placed in vertical position.

Exhaust fumes flow is adjustable.
Only an exit air duct is needed.
